1. Once the installation has been done, we continue with an on-site inspection and create a punchlist of any items that need completion, whether due to weather, interference from another contractor (it can be a hole from a scaffolding that comes down after all other work in the building is completed, or some caulking that came undone when a cabinet was installed).

2. We continue to supervise and coordinate the proper technicians until the final close-out of the installation.
